Where are you located/where do you ship from?

  • We're located in and ship from Atlanta, GA.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide!

How long will it take for my order to ship/arrive?

  • All orders have a processing time of 7-10 business days. Depending on the size of the order, domestic orders are shipped with either USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or USPS Priority (1-3 business days). International orders are shipped with International Priority (2-3 weeks).

Do you offer faster shipping options?

  • Yes! At checkout you can choose from a few different shipping methods. USPS First Class mail (2-5 business days), USPS Priority mail (1-3 business days), and USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days). *Please note these shipping methods only speed up the shipping time, not the processing time* Applies to US orders only.

My address is incorrect! Can you fix it?

  • Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet we are able to update your address. To change/update your address, email us at cloverbloomscompany@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

  • We can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that we're unable to accept any cancellations.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

  • All sales are final. However, this does not apply if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item(s). Please email us at cloverbloomscompany@gmail.com and we will be sure to sort things out.
